A young lady under my care, overcomes obesity, pcos and infertility, to become a happy mother,
Only to forget me during her pregnancy and ends up with weight gain and high blood sugar.
Faced with oral diabetes medication plus insulin, she gets back to me and starts eating healthy and walking.
The sugar becomes normal within a month without medicines and insulin, and the weight drops down by 16 kg!
The young lady has been absolutely amazing. All credit to her for her success in fighting off obesity, PCOS, infertility and a potentially full blown diabetes, without medication!
There are a lot of lessons to learn from her story.
1. Obesity can lead to PCOS / PCOD, infertility and diabetes.
Obesity can also induce miscarriages and complications during pregnancy and delivery.
2. All of the above can be reversed by eating healthy and walking regularly and losing weight.
3. No expectant mother needs to gain unnecessary weight during pregnancy. We can perfectly calibrate the weight gain that is essential during pregnancy and prevent unnecessary weight gain.
4. You need to eat healthy and walk regularly permanently to stay slim and healthy for a lifetime!
5. No temporary magic diet, slimming machine, slimming medicine, meal replacement shakes or painful exercises can make you slim and healthy for a lifetime!
